Resume Autoscaling Processes

Overview

The Resume Autoscaling Processes action allows you to resume Autoscaling Processes for an Autoscaling Group.

Working in conjunction with the Suspend Autoscaling Processes action, these actions automate Autoscaling Group management and help optimization of resource usage and costs.

Permissions

The action uses the following AWS Autoscaling API endpoints to target and resume Autoscaling Processes:

• DescribeAutoScalingGroups
• ResumeProcesses

Configuring the action

Targeting

Autoscaling Groups can be targeted by Tag groups, or all Autoscaling Groups in the selected context.

Processes to Resume

You can choose specific processes to resume or, if left blank, resume all processes.
