The decision to discontinue GorillaStack was not made lightly. After careful consideration and significant review, we made the strategic decision to sunset GorillaStack as it will allow us to focus on other key areas of the business and allocate more resources towards innovation and improvements that will provide greater value to our clients in the long run.
2. When will GorillaStack be discontinued?
This depends on your contract. Please refer to the email communication which has more information about your specific sunset date.
3. What will happen to my data after GorillaStack is discontinued?
All customer data stored by GorillaStack will be permanently deleted within 10 days after the End of Life date.
4. What data is available for me to export from GorillaStack?
Users can retrieve data on demand using the GorillaStack public API for Events, Rules, Tag Groups, Deployed Templates, User Groups and Users. Documentation for how to use the public API can be found at https://docs.gorillastack.com/swagger/v2. API keys can be created from the User profile page in GorillaStack.
